Transactions Reporting update with stability and performance improvements.

Features

• Reports now indicate when the processor returned a partial authorization on a transaction.
• The Transaction ID column replaces the Invoice column to improve reconciliation.

Bugs

• Fixes an issue where duplicate data could be shown on Credit Card transaction summary reports.
• Improves the accuracy on the total transactions count.
• Reports now properly display the card brands.
• Fixes an issue that prevented reports from exporting.
• Fixes some issues on organizational tenancy.
