Transactions Reporting update with stability and performance improvements.

Features

• New Reports: Settled Transactions and Unsettled transactions have been added for Merchants and Organizations.
  • These reports are available under a “Settled Transactions” category.
• Processor authorization code has been added to Transactions by Terminal report.

Bugs

• Formatting rules now persist when downloading reports to Excel.
